Amanda is a member of the Family Law Department and specialises in issues which arise on the breakdown of relationships, including divorce, separation and the dissolution of civil partnerships, children disputes, pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, living together agreements and Special Guardianship Orders. Amanda has particular expertise in the financial implications of divorce or separation in medium to high financial remedy cases. Amanda also has a keen interest in children matters such as contact disputes and applications made to the Court to remove children from the jurisdiction of England and Wales, as highlighted in the reported case of Re D (Children)  EWCA Civ 50 whereby she represented the Applicant mother in a leave to remove case
Amanda qualified as a solicitor in January 2005 and she has been with the firm since August 2008, specialising in all areas of family law. Amanda is also a member of Resolution which is the association of family lawyers and adopts an amicable and cost effective approach in all family law matters. Amanda provides clear and constructive advice to assist clients at a difficult stage in their lives.
