The Trinity building is located in the heart of Shoreditch, 250 metres south east of Old Street Roundabout, and features a roof terrace with views over the surrounding Conservation Area and historic Wesley's Chapel.
Croud now has four offices across the US, UK, and Australia, over 130 staff, and 1,600+ experts in the network, providing services for some of the world's leading brands, including Virgin Trains, AMC, Amazon Prime, Regus and Victoria's Secret.
Steven Haynes, Commercial Property Lawyer at HRJ Foreman Laws Solicitors commented: “We’re delighted to have acted on this transaction and delivered completion in line with Croud’s timeframes. Working alongside Kontor, this was a great team effort to complete the first letting in this fantastic Shoreditch redevelopment.”
Jack Fryer of Kontor commented: “We are thrilled to have secured such an exciting new home for the awesome team at Croud. There were a number of hurdles along the way but we got there thanks to the diligent and experienced team involved.”
